Matrix conference 2024 in Berlin

In September 2024, the Matrix Conference of the Matrix.org Foundation took place in Berlin (September 19–22) 2024. A central event was the presentation of the new client Element X on the main stage. My assignment was to produce video material for this launch – my very first freelance video production under commission.

In advance, I worked with the organizer – the Matrix Foundation – to prepare suitable interview questions. During the conference, I handled camera, audio, and interviews simultaneously. I invited selected guests in front of the camera and asked them for statements about the new client. After the event, I synchronized audio and video, did editing and color grading, cleaned up the audio track, and removed background noise. I then delivered the processed raw material to the client.

About four weeks later, a final video was released that included the material I had recorded.
